Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA) is a leading non-profit organization in Arizona, dedicated to guiding leaders in the transformation of culture to build inclusive communities. One of DLA’s key offerings is our monthly free educational workshops, which provide accessible learning opportunities on topics ranging from diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to leadership development.
