The Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People, is an expressive course to learn Leadership & Management in Care. A candidate must have at least Level 2 in written and spoken English, equivalent to GCSE A-C grades, in order to be able to work at a senior level as a Manager, Coordinator, or Team Leader in any health and social care setting, together with IT literacy skills, including usage of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
