According to latest political news  BPSC paper leak matter, Prashant Kishor, the leader of the Jan Suraaj party, was arrested by Bihar Police early on Monday morning as he was at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on an indefinite hunger strike.Due to an alleged paper leak, Kishor, a former poll strategist who is now a political leader, has been fasting to death since January 2 at Gandhi Maidan, demanding that the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) cancel the integrated 70th combined (preliminary) competitive test that was held on December 13.

The police 'forcibly' abducted Kishor from Gandhi Maidan around 4 am and drove him in an ambulance to AIIMS, Patna, according to the party. At four in the morning, he was taken by force from the hunger strike location. He has refused to receive treatment and promised to continue his hunger strike.The news agency ANI published it’s as a latest political news of India in which  a video showing senior Patna police officers "removing" Kishor from the hunger strike site despite fierce opposition. They were repeatedly ordered to leave by the concerned officials, but they refused.Additionally, the district government had given them notice to move their dharna to the state capital's Gardani Bagh, a designated protest site, Patna District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh told the news agency PTI.he district government had previously filed a formal complaint against Kishor and his supporters. The protest at the location was declared "illegal" by the administration. It has been alleged that Kishor and others "unauthorizedly" gathered people, provoked them, and caused a law and order issue.Kishor, who has been fasting until death since Thursday, sat amid crowds of students at Gandhi Maidan in Patna, beneath the statue of Mahatma Gandhi.   Instead of using Gardani Bagh as the approved protest site, Kishor is the first politician to be permitted to sit on dharna at the renowned ground.

More than five lakh candidates took the BPSC 70th Combined Preliminary Examination, which was held at several locations in Bihar on December 13. However what published as  political news today the Bapu Pariksha Parisar exam location in Patna was the source of reports of anomalies, including a paper leak and delays in paper distribution. As a result, the dispute gained momentum. Student protests occurred after the document leak incident, sparking large-scale protests in Patna. However, the BPSC had refuted the accusations, arguing that they were part of 'a plot' to compel the cancellation of the test

At more than 900 test centers throughout the state, nearly five lakh aspirants took the Combined Competitive Exams. A 'paper leak' was the reason behind hundreds of candidates' boycott of a Patna exam center, which sparked controversy. Even though more than 10,000 candidates who were given the Bapu Pariksha Parisar at the center of the scandal were forced to retake the test, the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has refuted the accusation and called it a "conspiracy" to have the exams canceled.
