This is just a"copy/paste" option they're giving everyone , including those who haven't even done anything else than standard SR hairpin runs, and I've even met a person who hasn't been online in a week who was banned because of this. They probably just checked people who had left and then re-entered SR repeatedly, and then added them to the banned list using an automated verification, not bothering to verify the authenticity of their quest.
