I’m Emily Andrews, a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Somatic-Hypnotherapist, and Energy Therapist, dedicated to helping high-achievers, innovators, and entrepreneurs break free from survival mode and reconnect with their true selves. My therapeutic approach integrates the body, emotions, and mind, creating a holistic support system for navigating complex challenges like trauma, burnout, and identity shifts. My expertise is grounded in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and ongoing studies in Psychospiritual Psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
My journey into this work began over ten years ago, shaped as much by personal challenges as by professional experience. Like many, I faced my own battle with mental health as a teenager, feeling lost and grappling with depression. This inner struggle sparked a lifelong curiosity about why we suffer and how we heal, eventually leading me to study medicine at St. George’s Medical School in London. Ironically, as I learned to care for others, I was neglecting my own well-being, eventually leading to burnout and an identity crisis that became a powerful catalyst for transformation.
